First login
It is recommended to use an IP address with fewer users to log in (preferably in the U.S.).
If verification is needed, please select the third option: confirm the recovery email, then enter the recovery email to log in, as shown in the image on the right.
If the IP risk index is high, it may trigger risk control and require phone number verification. You can use your mobile phone number for verification, or you can use non-virtual numbers from domestic or overseas (verifying the phone number will not have any impact or privacy risk, and verification does not create any binding behavior).
Check the GV number, if there are no issues, then immediately enable two-step verification (you can bind domestic or international phone numbers, or you can bind Google Authenticator, but do not bind the GV number itself), maintain the device for a while, and then change the recovery email and password the next day.
If there are any issues with an account, do not change the password and recovery email. Instead, send the order number and issue screenshot to the customer service email for resolution.

For multiple GV numbers, be sure to log in using a fingerprint browser, with one number logged in per IP address, otherwise, there will be no after-sales service.

If you need to transfer to your own Google account, it is recommended to wait 7 days after purchase to avoid risk control. The transfer must be completed in a US IP environment!
The Google Voice number receiving the transfer must be registered with a Google email in the United States. If not, the process of transferring Google Voice may fail, and may result in the suspension of using Google Voice products.
Fees
Google Voice has no monthly rental fee, receiving calls is free, receiving SMS is free, sending SMS is free (only to North American numbers)
Making calls to North America is free, while calls to other countries are charged. The rate to China is one cent per minute. For rates to other countries, please refer to the official rates: https://www.google.com/voice/rates?hl=en
Recharge
Google Voice only supports credit card (Visa/MasterCard) payments, with a minimum recharge amount of $10. Credit cards issued by Chinese banks with Visa or MasterCard logos can be used for recharging.
For Google Voice recharge issues, you need to log in to the website and bind your credit card (Visa/MasterCard). After binding, wait one week before recharging.
Registering on other websites
Google Voice numbers can be used to register on most websites that accept American phone numbers. If you’re not receiving verification codes, it may be due to network issues or the other party blocking virtual numbers.
WeChat/QQ accounts cannot be registered but can be linked. You can enable WeChat Out, and Telegram registration is possible. Registration policies vary by app and are subject to change, so success is not guaranteed.
Google Voice Number Recycling Policy
Google Voice numbers are permanently free, but if they’re not actively used for three consecutive months, they may be reclaimed.
Making or receiving calls or sending text messages counts as usage. Google sends email reminders one month and one week before reclaiming the number.
